Passing Kidney Stones with Parsley

I had my first kidney stone 20 years ago and it was only 3 mm. I got rid of it by drinking a big bottle of water right in the clinic.
About 5 years ago, I had another one 4.5 mm and I tried all kinds of tricks, including drinking lots of water regularly, and all kinds of medication, including Indian herbal natural medicine, but nothing worked. The doctor told me it was too small to shoot it with Laser, so we have to wait.
However, last year I had a new one 4 mm in the other kidney, while the first one grew to be 6.5 mm. I was kind of waiting for them to grow larger so that they can be broken down with Laser or something.
Two weeks ago, I received an email from a friend, telling me about using
Parsley for cleaning kidneys. I thought, "This is easy".
In two days, I had the big stone off and down in the pipe, just about 10 mm away from the bladder. I got it scanned and found that it is a little smaller than its original size, but too large to come out by itself.
I am working on getting it down and out by using the warm water and the Jumping method. Hopefully it will work. I think I will continue using parsley until my kidneys are absolutely clean.
Marius's replyHello Fkhalili,
Thank you for sharing this herbal remedy for kidney stones.
Fresh parsley is a great source of vitamin C, vitamin B-6, magnesium and potassium. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) can dissolve and prevent Calcium phosphate stones.
Did you take parsley as an infusion or as juice? How often did you take it?
It is also interesting to know what kind of stones did you have - Calcium phosphate, Magnesium ammonium phosphate or Uric acid (urate) stone.
Shepherd's Purse and
Dandelion are other herbs you can try to relax and dilate the urethra, so that the stones pass more easily.
Drink 3 cups of Shepherd's Purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris) tea per day, half hour before main meals, or two hours after. Use the same recipe for dandelion.
