Natural acne cures

Any treatment - be it medicinal or cosmetic - for acne is weak if you are stressed or have a faulty nutrition. And when I say "faulty nutrition", I mean fast food, fried foods, sweets with refined sugar, carbonated juices, sausages etc.. The essential idea is to remove toxins from the body, which will improve the acne.

Here are a few other natural acne cures: 1. Drink a cup of rosehip tea in the morning - prepared in the evening;

2. Give up milk from cows (you most likely buy it from the supermarket) and replace it with goat milk, soy or rice;

3. Say goodbye to sweets with refined sugar. It's easier than you think. Choose to replace refined sugar with honey, maple or agave syrup, dark chocolate (preferably bio);

4. Instead of chips, eat a grapefruit;

5. Give up on white bread and pasta (This includes the pizza). Choose whole wheat bread and pasta;

6. Drink more green tea;

7. Ideally, you should eat once a day, a big salad with greens, which can add protein (tofu, chickpeas or peas);

8. In drinking water, put a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar - one teaspoon to one cup of 250 ml / 8.5 oz;
