by Marius
(Constanta, Romania)
Buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula),
Bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis) are herbal laxatives that increase peristalsis, while
Lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) are antispasmodic and relieve colic.
Prepare a decoction (boil for 3-5 minutes) from one tablespoon of all three herbs in a cup of water.
Drink the tea in the evening before bedtime. If the problem persists, drink the tea in the morning on an empty stomach.
